SEG funds projects to use geosciences to help humanitarian issues – upto USD 50k / year

Geoscientists Without Borders® funds projects that apply the geosciences to humanitarian issues such as groundwater management, earthquake and tsunami hazard mitigation.

The deadline for the next round of Geoscientists Without Borders® Phase I applications is 15 January 2018.

Successful project proposals:

  • Focus on geoscience applications to solve critical needs
  • Include collaboration with local partners
  • Include students, particularly local students
